I can't believe how lucky we were to find this hotel! It's an absolute steal compared to all other lodgings we looked at in the Sun Valley area (all of which had at least $50 or more in fees tacked on at the end). Nice big rooms with a big TV, fridge/microwave, Keurig, nice bathroom, and even a yoga mat with a booklet of stretches! The breakfast is amazing, the pool and hot tub area are really nice, nice big fitness center, fire pit outside, and we loved the water bottle filling station (like they have at airports) too. The hotel is in a great location to those visiting Sun Valley-- we will definitely be back in the future!

Attentive and courteous front desk staff. The hotel is smaller than anticipated, but okay for the kind of stay we needed at the time. Very hard bed and uncomfortable pillows. It is my first hotel stay where there wasn't at least one fluffy comfortable pillow. They offer snow shoes for the guest to use to explore the surrounding areas. There is a yoga mat and exercise band available in the room. They seem to be following cleaning protocols for COVID-19, but all the cups and utensils available in the room are reusable ones. Cozy lobby seating area, and a relaxing seating area by the fire outside. Small town charm!

Awesome place to stay. Cheapest place in town!!! These guys are super friendly and ready to help when needed. Rooms are super clean. Great smelling soaps shampoo and conditioner as well as body lotion. Pool is a little chilly but did not detour the kids from having fun!! They were also accommodating with my puppy. Karl has a cute bubbly attitude and is very positive as well as the night gal who I didn't catch her name. Will gladly stay again and will recommend to friends and family!!!

Phone and check in with Viri and later interactions with Claudine and the cleaning ladies were the best part of the two week stay here. Location is good. Cleanliness is good. Room size and hot tub were great! However, the mattresses in this 64 room hotel MUST be re-evaluated. they are SUPER STIFF and uncomfortable, the worst Wyndham beds I've ever experienced, many other guests felt the same way as we conversed at breakfast and in pool. Another suggestion. Your hotel needs more than one TINY cart for 64 rooms. Hope Manager passes these constructive comments up the chain where "the real money lays".

It was clean and nice. It's conveniently located by restaurants and stores. The indoor pool was nice to have, since we were there in a rare extremely hot time. Work out room was small but adequate. The breakfast was nutritious, but not that exciting, however there were lots of choices.

Great fast service. I go to twin falls about once a week but prefer this store over the others. Manny helped me out today and he is like a walking encyclopedia for AT&T. He’s fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Walks me through all options and breaks it down. Exceptional customer service.

I was in the area to run a marathon in nearby Sun Valley. I booked a one-night stay here as the price was very reasonable and fair. The lady at the front desk was very nice, friendly, and very accommodating. I was about 30 minutes ahead of check-in time. I was prepared to wait in the lobby, but she was able to move me into another room that was already cleaned. Even though the airport was right across the street, the noise was never a bother. I found the room to be clean and everything was in good working order. They even have soft water so my skin isn't dried out by using their regular soap. This turned out to be a nice, quiet, and pleasant stay.

We were able to get the 2 bedroom room for our family and it was perfect so our tot could have her own space to sleep. Dog friendly was a huge plus also. Newly remodeled room and friendly staff!

Beds are amazing. Rooms VERY clean. 4k tv in our room. Dog friendly. Very close to the air port, even facing the airport. Did not hear one plane come or go through out the night.

It is actually one of the better places to bank. I hate banks, but this one isn't too bad. The people in Hailey actually treat people who go into their bank as humans. Not like those other banks that treat you like total garbage.

The service is incredible at this pharmacy! I'm giving them a 5 star because the pharmacy manager Roy and his technician the kid with curly hair really helped me out of a pickle. Long story short, the ER sent my medications to the wrong pharmacy so even though it wasn't their fault they called the doctor and got it resolved quick and easy! Will definitely be back every time I need medications!

My mom, Jane Dyndiuk, lives in Hailey and I believe this is her pharmacy. She is 70 and has lupus, and will not get vaccinated for COVID. She told me her pharmacist said not to get the COVID vaccine. I tried calling many times before writing this review, but if you won't pick up the phone, you're going to hear it here. HOW DARE YOU GO AGAINST ALL OTHER MEDICAL ADVICE AND TELL MY HIGH-RISK CATEGORY MOTHER NOT TO GET VACCINATED?? She will likely die of COVID when she does finally get it. And YOU will have contributed to it.

My appointment got a Covid booster vaccination meant nothing. It was first come, first served. The male clerk who gave out the information and consent sheet was very unfriendly and I believe violated HIPPA rules in asking me to detail why I qualified as moderately or severely immune compromised even after stating that I could show written statement from my physician. I had filled out an online questionnaire when I made the appointment but nobody even asked to see it, even when I asked the technician whether she wanted it. I felt like I was at a public hospital.

Friendly staff, clean store and a wide selection of everything that we needed and didn't. Kept buying them out of our favorite Payette beer every day, but they'd have more on the shelf the next day. Awesome!

No one was in the bakery but we really wanted caramel apples and the gentleman that was in the self checkout came over and helped us out and took care of us in the best way that he knew how. The caramel apples were amazing he was right by using the donut bags they were intact. Thank you so much I'm sorry we didn't get your name but you were amazing! We went in on Friday night around 9:00

I have banked here since before it was US Bank (First Bank of Idaho), maybe 15 years or so. One of their long-time employees, who now works in the Ketchum branch, just helped me with an extenuating circumstance, even though her role has now changed.

I am always greeted with a friendly smile and great conversation! They are very accommodating with my schedule and needs for a loaner car. My car issues are always rectified at the first visit…..unless it’s our BMW and that’s nobody’s fault but mine for buying a used BMW before having them look at it!

I can’t say enough about the service at Sun Valley Auto Club. They provided me with the tires I selected for less money than the other tire shops and they offered me a loaner car. The best part is the helpful, courteous staff who follow up to make sure I’m satisfied with their work. Sun Valley Auto Club sets the standard for service!

What a wonderful place! Our room was so cute and the bed was very comfortable! Check in was extremely easy, as they texted us a door code and we checked in when it made sense for us. Breakfast was so yummy! They had a very wide variety from cereal to fresh cut fruit, yogurt, smoked salmon and toasts. It was so much better than chain hotel breakfast! We absolutely loved our stay. Our only regret was only booking one night here! Also a great location for the Trailing of the Sheep festival!

Very cozy stay in a central location! Charming Inn with a lot of character while having modern amenities at the same time. Nice bed, nice breakfast (accommodating us vegetarian/vegans), and we had a blast playing the wii they had in the common room! Would highly recommend and will be staying here again the next time we’re in the area.

This should not be listed a public library .the requirements to get a card are ridiculous. You can't be renting a home here that doesn't matter You must be a home owner .Who cares if you are still a Hailey resident... What a joke. Keep on being a party of what works against the working class of the valley, you high class donkeys
