When I called to ask about horse vitamins, my father was in the background speaking Spanish. Whomever answered the phone on 9/10/20 around 3pm replied very rudely with "We don't speak Spanish here, you have to speak English". This wouldn't be a problem if how she said it wasn't dismissive and rude. Fix your customer service or lose more customers with various race horses and large orders. Also she would not give her name.

On several occasions we've needed to call in the experts and Sawtooth Equine Service is just that. We find the doctors and staff exceptionally knowledgable and personable. They are always professional and are able to guide us through, what is often emotional situations, with strong and natural grace and compassion. The pricing is honest, fair and reflective of their experience—worth every penny!

SVB provides excellent customer service. I ordered hardware for over 40 doors. The hardware for each door was packaged together and labeled by door number for easy distribution for the contractor. The quality of the hardware is outstanding and I appreciate the customization options for finishes. I went with the W3 and am pleased the product.

Never got to try their product due to poor customer service.Followed up 2x on the website over the last 7 days without a response. The product looks great online but I need more info before purchasing it. Unfortunately, my project can't wait any longer and I need to move forward with another vendor.Their website says:"We believe service and quality are the most important parts of our company...and we back it up with friendly, prompt and honest service."My experience has been different.

The SVB folks care about their product and their customers. I had difficulty with an older door handle (over 20 years old) and they came to my home diagnosed and fixed my problem on the same day. Turns out there was nothing wrong with the handle. The throw plate just needed to be filed a bit. In the end, I felt a little silly, but it was nice to see a company back up their craftsmanship. I would have no issues purchasing their products in the future.

Steller staff, Naomi helped me and was very sweet and kind. In a pinch and totally grateful for the help I got today. In a rough valley that most workers can't afford to live in, this helps alot. God bless you all!

We were looking for a place for one night and this worked out perfectly. Clean bathrooms and shower, super nice and helpful host (Dottie). She even let us leave our trailer a bit past checkout time so we could drive up to see Ketchum. Near an amazing bike trail and path to walk by the river. We would not hesitate to stay again next time we’re in the area.

Super friendly staff, bathroom and laundry room are very clean and the spots are sufficient, not too tight. Happy to have found this spot a thirty second walk from the river.

The staff here do not care or are concerned about the safety of our community. This store is also a risk the the entire community. They do not wear masks to stop the spread of COVID, and refuse to enforce the mask mandate here in Bellevue. They allow their customers to walk freely around the store without enforcing the mask mandate. What's even worse is they don't even sanitize any surfaces and or their hands when handling money and mix chemical groceries with food items. This is outrageous and everyone needs to see this review. If you value your health and safety seriously consider going to either Atkinson's or a better store.

Mark was our VDM. He kept it real and not gimmicky like others I've been to. They didn't try to promote this or that. Very nice. My visit was about 80$ including the gas from Twin
